Exterior Inspection

A professional Exterior Inspection home inspection is comprised of a number of essential pieces including the exterior areas of a structure.

When a home inspector is inspecting the exterior of the home they inspect the following areas:

  1. Siding
  2. Decks
  3. Balconies
  4. Condition of all doors and windows
  5. Garages
  6. Wall coverings, flashing, and trim
  7. Eaves, soffits, and fascias where accessible from the ground level
  8. Vegetation, grading, surface drainage, and retaining walls that are likely to adversely affect the building
  9. Adjacent and entryway walkways, patios, and driveways

The inspector will create a detailed report of their findings along with pictures and will be available to the customer 24 hours after the inspection.
