Inspector Credentials

• InterNACHI Master Inspector () — Inspector Certification Board. Granted only after 1,000+ paid inspections, 1,000+ hours of education, and committee review.
• InterNACHI Master Inspector — #21031509. Annual recertification through written and practical exam.
• Minnesota AELSLAGID License — current and in good standing.
• FLIR Thermal Imaging Level I Certification
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot — for drone roof inspection

Insurance

• $1,000,000 Errors & Omissions — protects you if we miss something a reasonable inspector should have caught.
• $2,000,000 General Liability — protects you if we damage anything during the inspection.
• Workers' Compensation — required for all on-site personnel.

Continuing Education

InterNACHI requires 24 hours per year. We complete 80+ hours per year. Recent topics: ASTM E2018 commercial PCA standard, Spectora reporting platform updates, Minnesota energy code changes, EIFS-stucco probe testing, and updated NEC adoption in Minnesota.
